SHIPPING

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA): 2 – 7 business days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 2 – 3 weeks (estimated dates will be shown in checkout based on your delivery location)

You will receive a confirmation email upon placing an order. Please note delivery addresses cannot be changed or edited after an order is placed. Orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days after payment confirmation. 

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with shipping date confirmation and tracking information. The shipping times provided are to be used as a guide, Aestus Studio cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or other possible delays.

All domestic orders are shipped, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 3pm AWST, Monday – Friday, will typically be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, You can expect your Aestus Studio package to be shipped within 3-5 business days after it has been processed.


INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS AND DUTY FEE

As we are unable to advise the exact amount of custom and duty fees, buyers are responsible for all customer and duty fees that may occur to the order once it has reached the destination.

 


RETURNS POLICY

DAMAGES AND ISSUES: If the item arrives damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@aestusstudio.com 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria: 

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it
  • It should be unused
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package in its original condition. Please note, we do not accept items returned to us without prior approval.
